Rishika Jay Prakash, FICA, is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the private equity and investment management sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Compliance at Actis since May 2012, Rishika has held various compliance roles within the firm, which operates across multiple emerging markets globally. Prior to Actis, Rishika worked as a Compliance Officer and MLRO at GMO from December 2008 to May 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance for investment management solutions. Rishika began the compliance career at ARjENT from 2006 to 2008 and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course from the College of Law (2003-2005).
