Samantha Lidecka, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Actionstep, having previously held the position of Vice President in the same department. With a strong background in human resources, Lidecka has also worked as Vice President of Human Resources at Winsight, LLC, where the focus was on connecting the food and retail sectors through media and events. Additionally, Lidecka has extensive experience at Infogix, Inc., progressing from Human Resources Director to Executive Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing comprehensive data management solutions for various industries. Involvement in the arts includes serving as Secretary on the Board of The House Theatre of Chicago. Lidecka holds a B.A. in International Business/French from Illinois State University and has pursued further studies in French Literature at Université Grenoble Alpes, alongside completed Dale Carnegie Training.
