Milton Pappas is the EVP, Chief Digital Officer at RTW Retailwinds (formerly NY&CO). He is a board member of Shop.org, the digital division of the National Retail Federation. Pappas previously served as CMO and Senior Vice President, Digital Marketing of HBC, and has held senior leadership roles in marketing, digital and e-commerce at Nine West Group, Toys“R”Us, Inc. and Redcats USA.
