Jenny Wong has had a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities. Jenny has most recently worked at ActionIQ as a Field Engineering Manager since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Forward Deployed Engineer - Customer Enablement at ActionIQ from February 2020 to January 2022. Jenny has also served as a Data Scientist at Insight Data Science from June 2019 to February 2020. After completing high school, they attended Boston College from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology. Following their undergraduate studies, Jenny pursued further education at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Cognition and Neuroscience from 2011 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Jenny Wong has also obtained two additional certifications. In 2019, they completed the Intel® Edge AI Scholarship Foundation Course Nanodegree Program through Udacity.
