Tawana Glenn is an experienced project manager and IT professional with a strong background in leading technical teams and managing IT operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager/Scrum Master at ActioNet, Inc. since October 2017, Tawana enhances and supports system development throughout the software development life cycle while maintaining comprehensive system documentation. Previous roles include Sr. IT Manager, Program Manager, and NOC Manager, showcasing expertise in managing nationwide IT support teams and ensuring effective network infrastructure operations.
