Steve Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Since 2020, they have been working as an Operations Manager at Action Target, where they oversee operations and improves manufacturing processes. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, they held roles as a Manufacturing Engineer and Foreman at the same company. At Fiber Nation Laser & Fabrication, they served as an Operations Manager from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for estimating, sales, purchasing, CAD drafting, and invoicing. From 2007 to 2015, at Precision Laser Processing, they worked as an Operations Supervisor and also served as a Quality Manager/ISO Coordinator from 2005 to 2011. Steve started their career at Rex Industries, where they held roles such as Plasma Operations Supervisor, Night Shift Supervisor, and Shipping and Receiving Lead from 1993 to 2003. Overall, Steve Williams has a strong background in operations management, continuous improvement, and overseeing various aspects of manufacturing processes.

Steve Williams completed their education in a sequential manner. Steve first attended Woods Cross High School from 1995 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Salt Lake Community College and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
