Vicki Becker currently serves as the National Director of Executive Search and the Director of Administrative and Client Services at Action Staffing-Group since September 2021. Previously, Vicki held the position of Director of Operations at Block Staffing Services from May 2017 to August 2021, managing end-to-end contract processes and leading bid response teams. Vicki's experience includes roles such as Business Liaison at RideWise TMA, where marketing campaigns for alternative transportation were developed, and Business Development/Outreach Coordinator at Keep Middlesex Moving, promoting transportation modes and safety education. Vicki also worked at Borders Books as District Corporate Sales/Services Coordinator, achieving substantial sales targets, and has experience in business development and operations management from previous roles. Vicki holds a Bachelor's degree in Theater with a concentration in Communications from the University at Buffalo.
