Belinda Pichardo is a dedicated collections professional with extensive experience in accounts management and customer relations. Currently serving as a Collections Specialist at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. since August 2019, Belinda is responsible for managing collections, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with project managers. Previously, Belinda worked as a Collections Representative at Rezolve Associates, where communication with project managers and providing necessary documentation were key responsibilities. From July 2005 to July 2018, Belinda held the position of Collections Coordinator at Shipco Transport Incorporated, managing approximately 1500 accounts across 11 branches and resolving billing disputes while supporting various department managers. Belinda holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sociology from Hudson County Community College, earned between January 2015 and May 2018.
