Kevin Kapelke is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the equipment rental industry. Currently serving as CEO of Action Equipment and Scaffold Company since November 2022, Kevin previously held the position of COO at NESCO Specialty Rentals from September 2012 to July 2021. Kevin began a long tenure at Hertz Equipment Rental in August 1997, advancing through various roles including Region Vice President for Canada, Operations Manager for Canada, Region Operations/Sales Manager for Western Canada, and Branch Manager until October 2012. Earlier in Kevin's career, a position as Business Development Manager at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers was held from December 1995 to August 1997. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington between 1989 and 1993.
