Laura El Khoury is a seasoned humanitarian project manager with extensive experience in global project management and coordination. Currently serving as a Humanitarian Project Manager at Action Against Hunger Canada since February 2023, Laura oversees approximately 15 projects worldwide and liaises with Global Affairs Canada and various stakeholders. Previous roles include Grants & Partnerships Coordinator and Partnerships Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee, where Laura focused on donor communication and stakeholder analysis. Additionally, Laura founded The Outdoor Guru and held managerial positions at Euromed Feminist Initiative and the Institute for Women's Studies of the Arab World. Laura's academic background includes a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
