Customer Success Manager at Actindo AG

Alisa G. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at Zoo Leipzig GmbH. Alisa then worked at Berlitz Deutschland GmbH as an Internship Trainee for a few months in 2016. In 2017, Alisa joined InterCultural Elements as a Customer Service Consultant and later took on the role of Data Protection Officer. Alisa eventually became the EU Customer Service Team Lead before leaving in December 2022. Currently, Alisa works as a Customer Success Manager at Actindo AG starting in January 2023.

Alisa G. began their education at the University of Stuttgart in 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anglistics / Linguistics in 2013. Alisa then pursued further studies at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 2013 to 2017, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Angloamerican Literature, Culture & Languages. In 2014, Alisa briefly attended Montana State University-Bozeman, focusing on American Indian/Native American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, although they did not complete a degree at this institution.
