Ian Martin has a wide range of experience in the IT industry, serving in various roles such as Delivery Manager, Network Design Engineer, Technical Team Lead, and Field Service Engineer. Ian's expertise includes project management, data centre management, team leadership, and technical support. Ian also has experience in customer service, system configuration, troubleshooting, and hardware repairs across different technologies and platforms. Prior to their IT career, Ian served in the Royal Air Force as a Corporal, where Ian gained experience in leadership and discipline. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in IT from The Open University and A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Economics from Denstone College.
