Pradeep Muthalpuredathe is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in cloud data platform engineering and digital transformation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Cloud Data Platform Engineering Services at Actian since August 2023, Pradeep focuses on helping clients manage and analyze their data effectively. Prior to this role, Pradeep was the Director of Technology at H&R Block, overseeing cloud engineering and operations from July 2022 to June 2023. At HCL Software, from May 2017 to July 2022, Pradeep held pivotal positions, including Senior Director and BU Head, where leadership efforts led to the launch of HCL OneDB. Spanning a career that began in 1989, Pradeep's previous roles include significant positions at IBM, Informix Software, Fujitsu ICIM, and HCL Ltd, demonstrating a strong background in product development, engineering leadership, and competitive technology. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the College of Engineering, Kolhapur, and Shivaji University.
