Christopher Hane has over 25 years of work experience. Christopher began their career at Computer Associates in 1994 as a Senior Software Engineer and later became the Director of Development. In 2005, they joined Actian Corporation as the Director of Engineering, where they managed product delivery and development teams. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Director, Engineering until 2017. Since 2018, they have been a Principal Software Engineer at Actian Corporation. Additionally, they served as the President and CEO of MVP Automotive from 2015 to 2018 and as the President of the Bellport Chamber Of Commerce from 2015 to 2018.

Christopher Hane obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University between 1988 and 1993. Christopher also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, which was obtained in August 2019.
