Pauline Capitani has extensive experience in operations and project management within the publishing and construction industries. Since January 2016, Pauline has held multiple leadership roles at Actes Sud, including Directrice des opérations and Directrice de la production et de son développement numérique. Prior positions include Chef de projet organisation and Ingénieur organisation at SODIS - Groupe MADRIGALL, as well as Chargée de mission logistique at Union Distribution - Groupe MADRIGALL. Additional experience encompasses project management at Ondel and a stint as a trainee at both EIFFAGE and Groupe NGE. Pauline holds a Master’s degree in Operations and Production Management from HEC Montréal and an engineering degree from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie.
