George Kern is currently a Fellow at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Prior to this, George held the position of Managing Director and Regional Director at Bessemer Trust. With previous experience as Vice President, Fiduciary Manager at JP Morgan Trust Company of Delaware, as well as an Associate in the Estates and Trusts Department at Swartz Campbell, George brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role. George holds a LL.M. in Tax from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, a J.D. from Widener University Schools of Law, and a B.A. in International Relations from Ursinus College.
