Bryan Kirk holds a B.A. in Literature and Government from Claremont McKenna College, a J.D. in Law from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.T.S. in Theology/Theological Studies from Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University. With a career spanning several companies, Bryan currently serves as a Development Legal Counsel at Stanford University, a Fellow at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and has previously held titles including Director of Financial and Estate Planning at Fiduciary Trust Company International, Trust & Estate / Exempt Organization Attorney at Botto Law Group LLP, and Attorney at Anderson Zeigler Disharoon Gallagher & Gray LLP.
