Alison Connolly is an experienced professional in bid and tender management, currently serving as the Director at The Winning Bid since October 2017, where services are provided to various industries in both public and private sectors. Prior to this role, Alison has held the position of Proposals Manager at Actavo since August 2012, overseeing a bid team, managing bids across diverse sectors, and implementing a standardized proposal management process. Alison's earlier experience includes managing proposal development at ICON, where responsibilities included team management and process improvements. Alison holds a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
