Joseph Toohey is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in child and youth support, having held various roles at Act for Kids since September 2017, including Program Coordinator and Acting Program Manager. As a co-founder of R&O Health and Management Pty. Ltd., Joseph oversees the management of 16 remedial massage businesses across multiple locations. Previous roles include Child and Youth Worker at Anglicare Southern Queensland and Youth Engagement Educator at Kairos Community College. Joseph has also contributed as a Social Work Student at both Metro North Hospital and Health Service and Deception Bay Community Youth Programs. Joseph holds a Master of Advanced Social Work from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of the Sunshine Coast, complemented by a Certificate in Intermediate Mandarin from The University of Queensland.
