Tracey Olmoz has a long history of work experience. Tracey started in 2001 as the Owner/Principal Broker of Heelan Realty. In 2006, they opened their own brokerage, Arbor View Realty, and specialized in residential and commercial real estate. In 2011, they became the President of ACT First, Inc, a Managed Services Provider offering IT Service Management to government agencies, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Finally, in 2016, they became a Small Business and Voluntary Group Benefits Specialist for LegalShield and IDShield, protecting individuals and families, small businesses, and commercial drivers legal rights and their identities.

Tracey Olmoz attended North Salem High School from 1982 to 1986. Tracey then went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre and English from Syracuse University between 1986 and 1990.
