Ron Waite has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the National Sales Manager at ACT Appraisal, Inc. since February 2010, where responsibilities include establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients nationwide. Additionally, Ron Waite has been a Board Member of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Ron Waite held various positions from August 1984 to December 2009, including Mortgage Originator, Branch Manager, and Broker, specializing in all phases of the mortgage process. Ron Waite holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Miami University.
