Lindsey Brogan-MacDonald is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at the Alberta Construction Safety Association since August 2015. In this role, Lindsey designs and executes performance appraisal systems and promotes a strong organizational culture focused on diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. Previously, Lindsey held positions such as Manager of Client Services and Payroll/HR Analyst within the same organization, managing administrative staff and overseeing payroll processes. Earlier career experience includes working at Enerbuilt Technologies as Business Manager and HR/Safety Manager, where Lindsey was responsible for Master Service Agreements, workforce planning, and developing training programs. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University.
