Jon Roop is an experienced database engineer and software developer with a career spanning over a decade. Currently, at ACS Technologies since October 2015, Jon has taken on various roles, including Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead, primarily focusing on the Facility Scheduler product utilizing C#, WCF, SQL Server, and DevX controls. Prior to this, Jon worked at Taylor Data Systems from January 2012 to October 2015, where development and support of applications for a Fortune 500 company were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include serving as Lead Developer at Heritage Digital and Software Developer at ACS Technologies (November 2009 - March 2011), both involving the development of web-based applications. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Winthrop University and an Associate of Science in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Florence-Darlington Technical College.
