Dale Ahn is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in leading and mentoring design teams. As the UX Design Lead and Principal UX Designer at ACS Technologies since February 2014, Dale successfully transitioned the focus from outputs to outcomes by implementing a UX Metrics framework and proactively guiding research practices. Previous roles at ACS included Senior UX Designer, where Dale developed internal collaboration tools, and UX Designer, where there was significant involvement in end-to-end project work and design tool adoption. Dale also served as a UX Design Mentor at the School of Visual Concepts from January 2019 to August 2022, sharing knowledge and offering support to emerging designers. Earlier experience includes a Product Designer role at Microsoft and a Graphic Designer position at Cozi Group, Inc. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree from Bellevue College.
