Abad Cruz has extensive experience in the manufacturing and healthcare industries, currently serving as Business Unit Manager for Air Bags at ACS Industries since September 2003, overseeing operations in Monterrey, Mexico, with a workforce of 2,000 employees across automotive components and cleaning products. Prior to this role, Abad Cruz was the Business Unit Leader for MR Components at GE Healthcare from April 1998 to September 2003, contributing to the development of diagnostic imaging equipment in one of GE's largest divisions. Abad Cruz holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from UANL, FIME, earned between 1988 and 1991.
