Elwin Wu started their work experience in 2000 as a Project Manager and Export Supervisor at Guangzhou Refrigeration Machine Co., Ltd. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Danfoss. In 2005, they joined Danaher Sensors and Controls, where they held various roles, including Business Unit Manager & Guangzhou Branch Manager, and National Sales Manager & Guangzhou Branch Manager. In 2012, Elwin Wu became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Colson Group. Currently, they are the China Sales Director at ACS Group, where they oversee the design, manufacturing, marketing, and support of auxiliary products for the plastics processing industry.

Elwin Wu earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Sun Yat-sen University, from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Guangdong University of Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Foreign Trade. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Value Selling Training, specifically in the field of MBB (Month Year not specified), from an institution called Value Selling Training.
