Lachlan Brown currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Acryl Data, beginning in October 2024, driving initiatives in data management through an advanced metadata platform. Prior to this role, Lachlan was the Vice President of Sales at Redpanda Data from 2020 to July 2024, and held the position of VP of Sales, West at Cockroach Labs from 2018 to 2020, where contributions were made to the development of scalable database technologies. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Vice President Sales at Mesosphere, Enterprise Account Manager at Hortonworks, Technology Sales Manager at Oracle, SAP Consultant at Ciber, and SAP Problem Analyst at KPMG. Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Computing in Computer Science from Western Sydney University, completed in 2005, and attended Oakhill College from 1995 to 2000.
