Luis Pinillos, PE, CBI is a highly experienced civil engineer specializing in bridge structures, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Acrow Bridge since May 2016. Prior experience includes work as a Bridge Engineer at Bolton Perez & Associates, where responsibilities encompassed leading the bridge inspection department and conducting load rating analysis, as well as designing rehabilitation plans and new bridge constructions in compliance with AASHTO and FDOT guidelines.
