Douglas S. Diggle is the CEO, President, and Founding Partner of Across Oceans Group, a global management consulting firm. Prior to this, they worked as Senior Vice President, Corporate SVP for Siemens in their communication, media, and technology cruise department. There, they oversaw the development and management of the cruise line teams in Vienna and Hamburg, Germany. Douglas also created Media4Cruises, MOGIS4Cruises cabin controls, and Guest Mobile Apps.
From 2010 to 2012, Diggle worked for Siemens Programm und Systementwicklung GmbH & Co Kg CMT as their Senior Vice President, Corporate SVP. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the communication, media, and technology cruise department. Douglas developed and managed the Cruise Line teams in Vienna and Hamburg, Germany. Douglas also created Media4Cruises, MOGIS4Cruises cabin controls and Guest Mobile Apps.
In 2012, Diggle left Siemens to work for the U.S. Department of State as MRO & Black Swan for NTSB, FBI, DHS, DoD, FEMA, USCG & Cruise Industry. In this role, they were responsible for spearheading the 2012 Bahamas Cruise Mass Rescue Operation and in Hawaii 2016. Douglas also created emergency procedures for MOB, lifeboats, e-mustering, RFID technology & EPIRB. In addition, they created Cruise Line the Mass Rescue Ops for NTSB, DHS, DoD, FEMA & USCG. Douglas also developed vessel access control & go/care team incident investigation policy
Douglas S. Diggle has a BBA Degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, an Executive MBA from the University of Miami, and an International MBA from Florida Atlantic University. Douglas also participated in the International MBA Exchange Program at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, they have taken the Microsoft Ireland - GEB 6365 Course at the Technological University Dublin and been awarded Leadership Principles, Leading Global Business, Disruptive Strategy & Innovation, and Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School.
