Tyler Faivre has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tyler'smost recent position is Director of Global Customer Support at Acrolinx, where they currently work. Prior to this, they worked at eProductivity Software as a Senior Manager, Global Customer Support and Project Manager, Pace Professional Services. Before that, Tyler held the position of Business Systems Analyst at Envision3. Tyler also worked at The Valcort Group as Manager, Client Services/Digital Practice and Account Service/Project Manager. Earlier in their career, Tyler gained experience as a Marketing Intern in both mediaprint solutions GmbH and JDA Software.
Tyler Faivre completed their undergraduate studies from 2007 to 2011 at Illinois State University, majoring in Marketing, International Business, and German. In 2010 and 2011, they also studied at Paderborn University, focusing on the same fields. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as the Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead Trained institution in 2022 and the KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification from Consortium for Service Innovation in 2018.
