Staci Dodson Beurer has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Staci Dodson currently holds the position of Chief People Officer (VP, HR) at Acro Service Corp since March 2021, where they are responsible for managing human capital and workforce technology management solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Acro Service Corp from February 2018. Before joining Acro Service Corp, Staci worked as the Director of Corporate Human Resources at the same company starting from February 2012.

In addition to their roles at Acro Service Corp, Staci also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Youth Vision Solutions, Inc., a Michigan nonprofit corporation from February 2012. In this consulting role, they provided education management services to charter schools and supported at-risk youth with various services.

Before their tenure at Acro Service Corp and Youth Vision Solutions, Staci served as the Director of Human Resources/Consultant at Physician Resource Management, Oncology Physician Resources & Greater Detroit Area non-profit from August 2011 to February 2012. Prior to that, they worked in the human resources department at The Harvard Drug Group, one of the largest privately held generics focused pharmaceutical wholesalers and distributors in the U.S., from July 1998 to August 2011.

Throughout their career, Staci has gained expertise in areas such as employee relations, communications programs, performance management system development, benefits cost analysis, policy and procedure review and development, recruitment and onboarding, and organizational development.

Staci Dodson Beurer SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CSP completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Human Resources at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2006. Staci Dodson is currently pursuing a graduate degree in All Things Mrs. and Mr. Claus at the Charles W. Howard Santa School in Midland, MI, with an anticipated completion date in the future.

In addition to their education, Staci Dodson Beurer holds several certifications. In 2004, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. In 2005, they earned the HRCI - Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. In 2015, they became a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through SHRM. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association in 2019.

Lastly, they completed the Certified Tea and Etiquette Consultant program at the From the Inside Out School of Etiquette in May 2023.
