Matt Oakley is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of New Product Development and Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Acro Aircraft Seating since April 2021. With a strong background in the automotive industry, Oakley previously held various roles at Jaguar Land Rover from July 2012 to April 2021, including Subject Matter Expert in Interior Trim and Cabin Systems Lead Engineer, focusing on delivering cross vehicle-line components while ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timing targets. Early career experience includes a Product Design Engineer position at 3M Health Care, where Oakley worked on the design and development of asthma inhalers. Oakley holds a BEng degree in Product Design Engineering from Loughborough University, earned between 2007 and 2012.
