Marcus Kroulik is a seasoned professional in the ticketing industry, currently serving as Vice President of Ticketing at Acrisure Arena since January 2022. Previously, Marcus held the position of Director of Ticketing at Target Center from July 2015 to January 2022. Marcus’s extensive experience includes various roles at Florida Panthers from May 2009 to June 2015, including Director of Ticket Operations, Assistant Director of Ticket Operations, Manager of Ticket & Vault Operations, and Coordinator of Ticket Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Box Office Representative at Dolphin Stadium and as a Ticket Operations Associate at the Orange Bowl Committee. Marcus Kroulik holds a Master of Science in Sport Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Saginaw Valley State University.
