Christian Gentsch serves as the CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors at Finanz-Logistik AG, where the company focuses on outsourcing bank back-office processes to enhance clients' core business and competitiveness since July 2004. Gentsch has been a Project Leader for IT Fusion and a member of the management team at acrevis Bank since January 2012. Additionally, Gentsch is a Board Member at Stiftung Kronbühl, an organization dedicated to supporting children, youth, and adults with severe physical and mental disabilities. Previously, Gentsch held the position of Overall Project Leader for IT Migration at a regional banking group from 2007 to 2009 and was a member of the management team at Bank CA St. Gallen from January 1999 to June 2004, where responsibilities included logistics. In 1999, Gentsch undertook crisis management as an interim CEO for a regional bank.
