Doug Hodge, ARA, is a seasoned Land Specialist and Appraiser at AcrePro since 2022, with extensive experience in agricultural appraisal and management. Previous roles include District III Vice President and Instructor for the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers, Senior Appraiser at Farmers National Company, and VP of Appraisal Services at Nuveen Commodities Asset Management LLC. Doug has overseen TIAA's global agricultural portfolio, managing appraisals worth over $7 billion, and held managerial positions in appraisal offices across the eastern United States. As the founder of Capstone Realty Resources, Doug specialized in agricultural properties and other specialty assets, while initial career roles included staff appraising and regional appraising in Michigan and the Midwest. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ferris State University.
