Customer Success Account Manager at Acre

Nicole Wheeler has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Nicole started their career as an International Business Developer and Marketing Intern at Forerun Factory in 2015, where they focused on building and maintaining customer relationships, managing a contact database, and assisting with marketing tasks and projects.

In 2017, Nicole joined MBNA as a Case Handler and later transitioned to roles in Operations and Quality Assurance. In these positions, they gained experience in ensuring quality and efficiency in processes, as well as handling customer cases and inquiries.

Following their time at MBNA, Nicole worked at GBG Plc as a Customer Operations Executive from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for order processing, customer onboarding, and providing support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Most recently, Nicole has been working at Acre since 2021. Nicole started as a Customer Success Associate and then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Account Manager in 2023. Nicole'sresponsibilities in these positions include engaging with clients, developing a deep knowledge of the product and users, advocating for clients' needs, and executing strategies for customer onboarding and retention.
