Shannon Lewis is a seasoned professional in the fields of ESG and sustainability, currently serving as a Senior Research Consultant at Acre since April 2022, and co-director at Out in Climate from October 2023. Previous roles include Senior Search Coordinator at RCG Talent Solutions and various positions in local government in Madison, CT, where contributions included developing climate change policy recommendations and advocating for energy conservation. Involved in significant projects like the Lemon Project: A Journey of Reconciliation, Shannon helped secure funding for a campus monument honoring enslaved individuals. Additionally, Shannon has a strong background in human rights advocacy, serving as Club Outreach Chair and Club President for Amnesty International USA during college, as well as engaging in multiple committees and research projects at William & Mary, where a Bachelor's degree in English and Religious Studies was obtained. Shannon's extensive experience spans community engagement, policy development, and educational initiatives.
