Gary L. Melling has extensive experience in strategic management consulting, systems aggregation, and business development. Gary L. is currently the President & CEO of Acquired Insights Inc., where they focus on delivering SAP As-Is Assessments, enterprise cybersecurity software and services, and digital workers for clients. Melling also serves as the Managing Member of AGT Global, LLC, an international trade firm specializing in sourcing, negotiating, and transporting PPE and other goods globally.

Prior to their current roles, Melling held positions such as Chief Innovation Officer and HR/Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Management Executive at EPIC Software Corporation. Gary L. also served as the CEO and Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Management Executive at Ascentii, where they developed a job-specific, competency-based assessment tool called the RoleFit Surveyâ„¢.

In addition, Melling founded and served as the President of ASPIRE Education Consulting Services, providing customized educational consulting services to clients. Gary L. also served as the President & CEO of CORPORATE IQ SOLUTIONS, an AI company specializing in Corporate Memory Management.

Melling has held various executive and managerial roles throughout their career, including serving as CEO and HR/Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Management Executive at IntelliThink. Gary L. has also held positions at Global SAP GSSP, IntelliThink, Inc., and CSC Consulting.

Gary L. Melling completed their undergraduate studies in Sociology at Dalhousie University from 1973 to 1976. Gary L. then pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology at DeVry Institute of Technology, from 1979 to 1981. Later on, they attended Mt. St. Vincent University, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Education (M.A. (Ed.)) specializing in Adult Education and Measurement & Evaluation, during the period from 1988 to 1990.
