Hans Schramböck's work experience includes various roles at ACP Gruppe, starting in 2008. Hans'smost recent position was as Head of Professional Services at ACP IT Solutions GMBH, which they began in April 2022. Prior to that, they held roles such as Manager Hybrid Cloud Services & Project Management and Leitung Datacenter Platform Services at ACP IT Solutions GMBH. Hans worked at Side by Side IT Consulting GmbH as Geschäftsführer from October 2003 to December 2007 and as a Freier Dienstnehmer from January 2003 to October 2003. Hans also worked as a Freier Dienstnehmer at IBM from October 2000 to December 2002.

Hans Schramböck attended BRG X., Pichelmayergasse, Wien 10 from 1986 to 1994, where they obtained their Matura degree. Hans then pursued Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen at Technische Universität Wien from 1995 to 2000, but did not complete the degree.
