John Carroll

President - Digital Commerce And Analytic Services at Acosta Group

John Carroll has an extensive work experience in various roles within the consumer goods industry. John started their career at Procter & Gamble in 1988 as a Unit Manager and remained with the company until 1994. John then joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1994 and held multiple vice-president roles in different areas such as Bottler Operations, Shopper Insights and Marketing Solutions, and Drug and Value Channels. In 2005, they became the Group Brand Director for Sprite and later the Group Director for Global Bottled Water. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Vice President and General Manager responsible for over $1.5 billion revenue and P&L for the Coca-Cola system, leading a 100+ person multi-functional team. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Vice President of Strategy and Performance Management - National Sales. Subsequently, they held the position of Vice President of General Manager eCommerce from 2016 to 2019. In 2020, they joined Acosta as the Chief Growth Officer before being promoted to President - Digital Commerce and Analytic Services in 2022. Overall, John Carroll has shown a strong track record and expertise in the consumer goods industry, particularly in sales, marketing, strategy, and eCommerce.

John Carroll received an Advanced Finance Certification from Emory University - Goizueta Business School in 2003. John obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Florida State University in 1987. Currently, they serve as a faculty advisor and board member for digital marketing certification at the University of South Florida since 2018.
