Jeffery Adams, CISSP, CISM, currently serves as the Director of Information Security at Acosta Group since October 2024. Adams has extensive experience in cybersecurity, having held the position of CMSgt - Cyber Defense Operations Chief Enlisted Manager at the 224th Joint Communication Support Squadron/SCX since May 2003, including a tenure as First Sergeant from October 2012 to March 2016. Previous roles include Information Security Manager at Crowley from August 2021 to October 2024, as well as Cyber Security Architect II at CSX Technology from September 2017 to August 2021. Adams holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in IT with Security Emphasis from Western Governors University, along with multiple associate degrees in relevant fields. Active in professional organizations, Adams is a life member of JCSE-VA and EANGUS, and has been involved with MTS-ISAC, ISACA, and Infragard since 2005.
