Dick Doyle has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the retail industry. Dick is currently the President of Assisted Sales & Training at Acosta Group. Previously, they served as the President of Premium Retail Services, where they founded the company and oversaw its operations across the United States, Canada, and other territories. Dick also worked as a Mentor at REVTECH Accelerator and as the EVP, Chief Customer Officer at Reflect Systems. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Integrated Customer Solutions at Acosta Sales & Marketing/Mosaic Sales Solutions, where they developed innovative service solutions for retailers. Earlier in their career, they served as the Senior Vice President of Client Services at Mosaic Sales Solutions, responsible for retail merchandising and customer management. Dick began their career as a Business Unit Director at HEB, a privately held food/drug chain. Before that, they worked as a Director/Buyer/Assistant to the Senior Vice President at Caldor Inc., a regional mass merchant/discount store chain.
Dick Doyle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston College from 1984 to 1988. Dick then furthered their education at Harvard Business School, where they received a Master's degree in General Management from 1998 to 1999.
