Armand Meynadier

Hardware Development Manager at Acorai

Armand Meynadier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the engineering field. Armand started their career as an Electronic Design Engineer at ISEN, where they worked on projects involving robotic localization and HF technology. Armand also developed an electronic board for retrieving data from an external gyroscope and printing it to an NFC phone.

After that, Armand worked as a Hardware Design Engineer at ASK, where they designed an RFID tag with embedded intelligence and remotely powered UHF capabilities. Armand was responsible for studying flexible materials, selecting components, designing electronic boards, and programming embedded software.

Armand then had consulting contracts with MAATEL and Fresenius Kabi, where they specialized in medical devices. At MAATEL, they designed electronic boards for bio-HF stickers used in cell culture research. At Fresenius Kabi, they integrated a complex biomedical system in hospital environments, performed system tests, set up network infrastructure, and developed software patches.

Armand continued their career at Bracco as an R&D Electronic Engineer, where they contributed to sustaining electronic engineering and hardware development. Armand then joined MIKAJAKI as an Electrical and Field Engineer for a short period.

Armand later worked as a Field Service Engineer at Distalmotion, where they provided support and maintenance for robotics systems. Currently, they hold the position of Hardware Development Manager at Acorai, where they are responsible for managing the development of hardware products.

During their work experience, Armand also embarked on a personal project of a world tour, traveling in Asia, South Africa, and North America for one year. This experience allowed him to further develop their management and interpersonal skills, including project management, planning, budgeting, negotiation, and cultural discoveries.

Armand Meynadier pursued their education at various institutions. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the Institut Supérieur de l'Electronique et du Numérique (ISEN), where they earned an Engineer's degree in Electronics with a specialization in Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). In 2012, they briefly enrolled at the European Governing Board (EGB) to obtain an AFAV degree in Value Management. Additionally, during the same year, they attended the University of Cambridge and earned a First certificate in English (FCE).
