Phil H. has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. Phil began their career in 2000 at Lutron Electronics as a Design and Development Engineer, where they developed products from concept phase through testing and validation phases and on to completion, while ensuring that products met all regulatory requirements and assisting manufacturing with the development of processes for new products. In 2007, Phil moved to Communication Systems, Inc. (CSI) where they took on the role of Integrated Systems Designer and Integrated Systems Technician. In this role, Phil interfaced with clients and sales team to determine client needs and provided customized solutions, as well as created engineered drawings for system designs and assisted project managers and installation teams with implementation. In 2012, Phil joined Acopian Power Supplies as a Design Engineer.

Phil H. completed their Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Electronics from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1997. Phil then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Penn State University, which they completed in 2000. Phil has also obtained two certifications, the IPC-A-610 CIT from the IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries in April 2019 and the J-STD-001 CIT from the same institution in July 2015.
