Kroekpoom Taveekasem has a strong background in e-commerce sales and account management. They started their career in 2020 as a Sales Business Development Executive at Lalamove, where they conducted research on prospective clients and set appointments with decision-makers. In 2021, they moved on to Shopee as a Social Key Account Manager, where they educated sellers on platform features, built relationships, and negotiated deals. The following year, they joined Lazada as a Key Account Manager, where they managed high-profile accounts, drove sales and growth, and engaged sellers on the platform. Currently, they are an Associate Manager at aCommerce, focusing on managing e-commerce sales and implementing promotion campaigns for large brands.

Kroekpoom Taveekasem attended Srinakharinwirot University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in the College of Social Communication Innovation.
