Malte Kuklau has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Malte started their career as a Student Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IFF in 2001 and later held the same position at Senator für Justiz und Verfassung der Freien Hansestadt Bremen in 2003. In 2004, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at Bremen University/Technologiezentrum Informatik. Malte then joined BIBA - Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH as a Degree Candidate/Student Research Assistant from 2005 to 2007.
Following this, Malte Kuklau worked at Universität Bremen as a University Lecturer/Research Associate from 2007 to 2010. Malte then moved to ACO Group, where they assumed various roles starting as an IT Systems Engineer from 2010 to 2012. Malte then served as a Software Architect Group Applications from 2013 to 2015, followed by Head of Application Management from 2015 until present. Currently, they hold the position of Stellvertretender CIO / Head of Business Applications at ACO Group, starting in December 2022.
Malte Kuklau has a Diplom degree in Informatik from the University of Bremen. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation and ITIL Service Strategy v2011 from EXIN management consultants, Integral Change Management, MAIN7 Management Concept from Eisenschmidt Consulting Crew GmbH, and PRINCE2 from PeopleCert.
