Heather Hawkins-Hayes has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters and Criminal Justice from East Tennessee State University. Heather has worked as an Advertising Services Specialist at The Rogersville Review from June 2009 to June 2012, a Multimedia Consultant at Citizen Tribune from September 2013 to May 2017, and currently holds the position of Promotions Specialist, Prepress, and Graphic Design at Acme Printing Company since July 2017.
