Henan Zhang is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as General Manager at ACM Research, Inc., overseeing wet cleaning/etching, electrical plating, and lithography since 2024. Prior to this role, Henan Zhang held the position of Engineering Manager at SCREEN from 2022 to 2024 and served as Principal Process Engineer for Wet Cleans at Tokyo Electron US from 2018 to 2022. Henan Zhang's career began at Intel Corporation as a Process Technology Development Engineer from 2013 to 2018.
