Dylan Cowart is an experienced attorney currently serving at the ACLU since 2017. Prior to this role, Dylan completed a Summer Law Internship at the U.S. Department of Justice in 2016 and worked as an International Human Rights Fellow at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2015. Dylan was also a Corps Member with Teach for America from 2012 to 2014 and served as a Health Coordinator for the United States Global Change Research Program from 2011 to 2012. Dylan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School, obtained between 2014 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, education includes a tenure at the University of Oxford.
