Darcee Bolf-Schmidt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Associate Director of National Knowledge and Learning at the ACLU since April 2008. In this role, Darcee leads the organizational strategy for national training programs and ensures collaboration across departments for standardization within ACLU’s training model. Previous positions at the ACLU included Training Manager and Learning Solutions Manager, where Darcee was instrumental in rolling out the ACLU 360 CRM training program and expanding IT-related training initiatives. Early career experiences include roles at The Educational Alliance and Pratt & Whitney, focusing on onboarding and development training. Darcee holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a certificate in Writing from New York University.
